Mid-America Insurance Services, Inc. was chartered in November of 1983 as an independent insurance agency for the sale of property, casualty, life and health coverage. Our main office is located at 203 Landmark Drive, Suite C, Normal, Illinois; with our second operation being located at 303 West Madison, Pontiac, Illinois.
We currently produce approximately $5,500,000 in sales, with approximately 70% being commercial lines sales and 30% being personal lines sales. Our staff of 9 licensed insurance professionals have a combined insurance experience of 160 years, and we are proud to represent over 13 different carriers, all A rated or better, which allows us the ability to write most classes of business.
We realize the strength of our organization lies with the relationships we have established with our clients and the companies we represent, and we work hard each day to maintain and strengthen the partnerships we have developed over the years.
We are proud to belong to the Independent Insurance Agents of Illinois and the Better Business Bureau.
Insuring the present for a secure future.
We are committed to building long-term relationships of mutual trust with the insurance companies and clients we represent. We understand our success is more than selling products; it's about keeping the relationships we have built.
Our mission is to be known as a professional insurance agency with integrity and a high standard of excellence. We believe our customers are our number one priority. Our vision is to insure our customers' needs today and secure their future tomorrows.
